Hist 101: Remember the Name by laureng2 Hist 101: Remember the Name by laureng2
This is ten percent luck, twenty percent skill!
Fifteen percent concentrated power of will!
Five percent pleasure, fifty percent pain!
And a hundred percent reason to remember the name!

~John Adams~ ~Thomas Jefferson~ ~George Washington~

'Bout damn time I made a new Hist 101 comic right?

XDDD

A fitting tribute to two of the greatest men to ever live. God bless 'em.

Also, this fits far more than I expected upon seeing the title.

My comics can be very cracky :) I have to tell you what my American South professor said once. (Mind you, with a gentlemanly southern accent)

"Now class...I graduated from William and Mary. And I will tell you that I have escaped the school's worship of Thomas Jefferson. So when I give my lecture today, I will tell you unbiasedly, truthfully, and unflatteringly..............OF THE GREATEST MAN WHO EVER LIVED ON THE NORTH AMERICAN CONTINENT!"

Hahahaha, I'd have to say I agree with him, myself (though George Washington is a close second).

I remember, way back when in my sophomore year of high school; I had this one history teacher...he totally idolized George Washington, he had this life size picture of George in the back of the classroom...he'd acknowledge that Washington is their, watching us before every class...now I understand how he feels XD
The point being said is, I love your History 101 comics, their funny and cute; this one really made my day...now I can't remember what I was angry about :?

My comics tend to have that effect on people lol j/k Was the picture of George Washington centered? Cause that would be really cool to have George Washington follow you with his eyes around the room XD But now that you say that, I'm wanting a giant picture of Jefferson on my wall D:

I totally got into an argument with him about who was the best: Hamilton or Washington. I'd never win those arguments, but then I'd throw the 'Washington tried to make a pass on Hamilton, that's why he left the army' card, it would work every time :D

To answer your question...it was centered XD he also had a copy of this painting of Washington riding a white horse, looking all majestic and such. He was a total Washington fanboy ^-^

Wow, that's a tough argument. I would actually side with either one, both had their strengths and their weaknesses, I'm just not quite sure. But then again, Jefferson beats them both XP Nah, j/k. I've seen that picture of Washington on a white horse, is that horse Blueskin or Nelson? I forget. But my personal favorite picture of Washington is the one where he's praying next to his horse at Valley Forge. <3

This is my favorite picture of him [link] he's like the cool guy at school...that doesn't really want to be characterized as such

I think it was Nelson...I might have to google that one XD
